Being a shit is being a shit. It knows no age. I could say that was a brash youthful decision were it not for the 2 biographies and 80 first-hand accounts I've heard in interviews about how she pretty much just played the system so she could get cash to become a "legitimate actress", knowing that eventually someone would find out she was under 18, thereby "erasing" her career in porn. That's not the act of someone who does not have a 12 point agenda in assholery, 16 or not. She did it in the same vein as a girl who doesn't like her teacher, so she tells the principal that he's been grab-assing her. It didn't just hurt the industry, it also made it harder for the few people who were being strung out or downright abused by less-scrupulous studios to get out of a horrible situation.

For the record, I don't dislike her because she ruined a lot of companies. I dislike her because she ruined a lot of people's lives who didn't deserve it, and has never once apologized about it, especially since she cooked up the whole "do porn when I'm not 18 yet, whoohoo!" idea. A lot of techs are most likely unhirable these days for having the reputation of being "that guy who filmed that underage chick blowin' a guy" when they weren't even in charge of checking the IDs. That isn't right, not in adult film, not in mainstream.
